Tim Alexander will visit Wellington New Zealand between 12-14 April 2019 to deliver training for IKMF affiliated students, and also to run practical self defence seminars on 13 April. This 1 day seminar will be made available to the general public age 14+.

Prior knowledge in self-defence is not necessary to attend the 13 April seminar. The 3 topics were specifically chosen to benefit a wide range of participants who wish to learn practical ways for self protection. Spaces are limited so please join us to secure your spot.

This session will deal with the realities of an imminent threat, and will also cover the timeline from a threat to an attack.

Attend the 3rd topic only (3:00 - 5:00 pm). ESCAPE AND EVASION. There will always be risk and uncertainty in any violent situation. You can be hurt, injured, and your judgement compromised as a result. Learn how to keep yourself safe by learning how to gauge adversary intent and by escaping using your own capability.
