Sparring class held every 2nd Monday & 4th Saturday of each month.

No protective gear = No sparring

What's are adult classes like?

Our adult and junior classes are flexible. We don't do term enrolments and this means that you can attend classes whenever it suits you (pre-paid fee is good for 1 year). All fitness levels are welcome and our class includes warm up, striking practice and instruction on a variety of self-defence techniques. The topics in the adult class can range from unarmed/armed assault, dealing with multiple attackers, releases and defending from the ground. The use of reasonable force underpins the way we practice.

PREPAID FEES

$95/person for 10 classes

$180/person for 20 classes

(*50% discount for extra family member)

Class fees are pre-paid non-refundable and can be paid via; Bank transfer - Krav Maga Wellington and Self Defence Training Limited account no. 38-9017-0470157-01 (use your full name as reference).

DISCOUNT FOR ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER

If you have an adult family member who wants to join you in class, your subsequent family member gets a 50% discount.

T&C's

The family discount is setup to encourage both of you to attend class together.
If one of you attends class and the other does not, the attendance will be marked as if you have both attended.
The main family member is responsible for paying the discounted family fee.
